90-Day Replacement
At Trailtride, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects and quality issues.
1. Warranty Period
This policy is valid for 90 calendar days starting from the date of delivery (the date the package is marked as "Signed" or "Delivered").
2. What is Covered: Free Replacement
During the warranty period, if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same item free of charge. Covered issues include:
Material Defects: Structural failure, component detachment, or material cracking under normal use.
Workmanship Issues: Broken stitching, adhesive failure, or functional failure of electronic components.
Performance Failure: Failure of the product to perform its core functions as described in the user manual.
3. What is NOT Covered: Damage vs. Defect
Please note that the following conditions are excluded from this warranty and do not qualify for a replacement:
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dropping, impact, crushing, or liquid immersion (for non-waterproof items).
Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper operation, overloading, or failure to follow care instructions (e.g., improper washing or storage).
Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, pilling, or natural fading of colors that occur over time through regular use.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any product that has been disassembled, altered, or repaired by a third party.
External Factors: Damage caused by extreme weather, fire, or other force majeure events.
Note: Our technical team will inspect all claims to determine if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or user-inflicted damage.
4. How to Make a Claim

Provide Evidence: You must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the specific fault as well as the overall condition of the product.
Technical Review: Our team will review your submission within 48 hours to assess the cause of the damage.
Resolution:
If Approved (Manufacturing Defect): We will cover all shipping costs and ship a brand-new replacement to you.
If Denied (User Damage): The claim will be closed. We may offer a paid repair solution or a discount on a new purchase at our discretion.
5. Additional Terms
Discontinued Items: If the exact model is out of stock or discontinued, we will provide a replacement of equal value or store credit.
Proof of Purchase: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Trailtride or our authorized dealers.
