Thank you for shopping with trailtride. We strive to provide a transparent and efficient shipping process for all our international customers.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email if there is any delay due to incomplete shipping details or verification requirements.

Shipping Restrictions (U.S. Only):
We DO NOT ship to U.S. territories outside the contiguous United States, remote regions, or military bases. Restricted areas include but are not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Zero Hidden Costs: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where possible. The total price at checkout is final. We do not collect additional customs duties or import taxes from our customers upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking system to update with initial information.

6. Address Accuracy & Deliverability

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. trailtride is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect info, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with clear photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of receipt. For lost packages, please contact our support team if the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled prior to being processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be altered.
